Expansion of the Universe

Thinking locally, i.e. to a volume distance of 200 000 000 km cubed from the earth's surface with uneven limits is one aspect in controlling the speed of the expansion of the universe. And varying the length of the strokes in my sixer system is part of the mathematics involved.
